My husband and I would like to extend our thanks to you, for your help and assistance in dealing with our recent flood. From the moment we called you we received nothing but good service and support from yourselves. Your prompt response, within the hour was most welcome as my husband and I were very concerned and upset, worrying about the after-effect that the flood would have on our oak flooring and kitchen. As soon as you arrived you reassured us and set up your dehumidifiers immediately so that the oak flooring would start to dry out as quickly as possible. The dehumidifiers had to remain on for a long three weeks; during this time you regularly checked the dampness of the flooring and kept us informed of the progress of the dehumidification. In addition to your help thus far, you also organised the replacement of the oak flooring, which was a great help. Well five weeks later our new flooring has been laid and we're all back to normal. We just wanted to let you know how grateful we are and many thanks for all your help and assistance. We will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

I just wanted to write and praise Martyn of National Home Repairs for his handling of my claim. Unfortunately he had to deal with me at the very end of a long line of miscommunications with my tenants, letting agents, and solicitors.
