Case Studies - Ingress of water

Cause -

A client from Reading reported a damp patch under her kitchen floor that was progressively getting worse.

Outcome -

With the help of a thermal imaging camera we traced the leak on a hot water pipe from the boiler running under the concrete floor. It was apparent that the leak had been ongoing for some considerable time and caused damage to the tiled kitchen floor and also the wood laminate in the hall and lounge all of which were replaced following a meeting onsite with the loss adjuster.
